As of current time, the organizers with Music World are still not able to secure a definite concert date and are still in discussions regarding the situation. The concert is postponed indefinitely until the organizers and artiste management can reach an amicable solution. As the refund dates officially ends on the 16th, the organizers has opened up the refunds for all tickets. Ticket buyers are advised to refund their tickets until a further announcement is made.
由于 Beyonce “I am…” World Tour Live In Malaysia 主辦單位與 MUSIC WORLD 暫時未能敲定演唱會的確定日期，而一些細節部分也仍在洽談中，因此演唱會將展延至雙方達成共識后再另行通知。主辦單位也吁請購票者在演唱會日期確定前進行退票，而購票者在 11 月 14 日（早前宣布的退票截止日期）后仍可前往八達嶺再也 AXCESS 總公司進行退票。
